Ingredients of seafood soup with dried vegetables
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup dried onion
- 1 cup dried pepper
- 1 cup of dried carrot
- 1/2 cup dried minced garlic
- 1 cup dried tomato
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup non-alcoholic beer
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 100 g dried bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tps dried basil
- 350 g skilled and chopped salmon fillet into cubes.
- 250 g peeled, deveined, and uncooked medium shrimp
- 3 tbsp minced fresh parsley
- Salt and power of black pepper as much as you wish
- 2 slice of dried lemon
Recipe
- Heat the oven to the medium level. Pour oil, add dried onion, and dried green pepper. Cook and stir them to be tender. Add the dried carrots and garlic. Cook them for 5 minutes.
- Add dried tomato, water, beer, chicken broth. Stir them and simmer them until you see bubbles.
- Lower the heat, add salmon fillet and shrimp, covered them on low heat for 30 minutes.
- The fillets are well mixed with other ingredients in the soup and now you can add dried bay leaf, dried oregano, and dried basil.
